I run a small, fast-growing letting agency in East London and need focused help expanding our portfolio of apartments. Your first mission is to attract private landlords who are open to letting their flats through us; the second is to keep those units occupied with reliable tenants.
How you’ll reach landlords
I rely on online advertising, social media, networking events, so you should already be comfortable setting up and optimising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager or LinkedIn. Every qualified landlord lead must include the owner’s name, contact details, property address, unit size and a brief note confirming their willingness to work with an agent.
Marketing the apartments
Once a landlord signs with us, we shift gears to social media marketing, property portals. Expect to craft engaging Instagram reels, Facebook posts and short TikTok walk-throughs that spotlight each apartment’s best features, then manage incoming enquiries, schedule viewings and collect tenant applications. I’ll provide brand guidelines and access to our Matterport tours; you bring the creativity and consistent posting schedule that keeps our feed active and generates footfall.
