RCC G+3 Residential Structural Design

I have a modern G + 3 residential project ready for structural input and I need a complete reinforced-concrete design package. The architectural plans are final; what I am missing are the structural calculations and drawings that will let my contractor break ground with confidence. I expect beam, slab, column and footing schedules, reinforcement details, a concise calculation report and an editable CAD file set. If you prefer ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000 or an equivalent tool, that is fine—just note the version you are using in the submission. Deliverables • PDF and DWG structural drawings for all four floors and the roof • Design report with load assumptions, member sizing and code references • Bar-bending schedules and a brief bill of quantities • Native model or spreadsheet files for future revisions I review on constructability first, numbers second, so clarity matters as much as accuracy.
