I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day promotion of my brand on Instagram and YouTube so I can focus on the bigger picture. The immediate objectives are clear: grow a meaningful follower base, spark real engagement, and channel qualified traffic back to my site.
Here’s what I’m after: visually consistent image posts, thumb-stopping Reels and Shorts, and any other short-form creative you believe will resonate with our audience. A strategic posting calendar, timely community management, and data-driven tweaks are just as important as the content itself.
Tools are up to you—whether that’s Canva, Adobe CC, CapCut, or your preferred editing suite—so long as the final assets feel professional and on-brand. I’ll supply brand guidelines and existing footage; you’ll handle concept, production, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Deliverables I need from you each month:
• A content calendar outlining post themes, captions, and hashtags
• 12–15 branded image/graphic posts for Instagram
• 8–10 Reels or YouTube Shorts (15–60 seconds) optimised for both platforms
• Weekly engagement and community management (responding, moderating, fostering discussion)
• A concise analytics report summarising follower growth, engagement rate, and click-throughs to the website, plus actionable insights for the next cycle
