Cross-Platform Project Management App

I’m building a dedicated project-management mobile app that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The heart of the product is rock-solid task tracking: users must be able to create, assign, reorder, and filter tasks with as little friction as possible. Equally important are clear-cut reporting and analytics dashboards that let a manager gauge progress at a glance, drill down into overdue items, and export summaries. While team collaboration tools such as in-app chat would be nice to explore later, phase one is all about getting task management and insightful reporting absolutely right. I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or separate Swift/Kotlin builds—whichever you’re most comfortable with as long as the result is smooth, responsive, and maintainable. Deliverables • Full source code for iOS and Android builds • Clean, well-commented architecture with README for setup • UI/UX that follows current Apple Human Interface and Google Material guidelines • Working analytics screens with at least one export format (CSV or PDF) • Short test plan showing the main user flows and how you verified them The project is ready to start as soon as we agree on timeline and milestones.
