**Role: Opto-Mechanical Engineer** **Location:** Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, China **Work Mode:** On-site **Open Positions:** 2 **Compensation:** Up to RMB 35,000/month (based on experience and expertise) + company benefits ### Job Overview We are seeking an experienced **Opto-Mechanical Engineer** to join a multidisciplinary hardware engineering team focused on the development of advanced optical metrology systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical design, optical integration, precision manufacturing, and prototype development. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead opto-mechanical engineering activities for optical metrology tools and systems * Design, build, test, and optimize prototypes and characterization test systems * Manage the complete metrology system development lifecycle from concept through product release * Apply advanced engineering analysis and tolerance methodologies for optics and opto-mechanical integration * Develop and validate mechanical and optical assemblies for high-precision systems * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, and Research teams * Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers to develop components meeting strict technical requirements * Support product development, pilot production, and manufacturing integration activities ### Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience * Strong understanding of GD&T principles and opto-mechanical metrology methodologies * Minimum 5 years of experience designing assemblies involving optical and/or mechanical components * Experience with optical integration and precision mechanical system development * Hands-on expertise with manufacturing methods such as machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and stamping * Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as NX and/or SolidWorks * Strong prototyping, testing, and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience collaborating with external vendors and manufacturing partners ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience in AR/VR/MR, consumer electronics, or precision optical industries * Knowledge of optical system structures and precision assembly processes * Experience developing metrology equipment or automated testing systems * Strong communication and project coordination skills ### Compensation & Benefits * Salary up to RMB 35,000/month * Opportunity to work on advanced optical and precision engineering technologies * International and collaborative engineering environment * Long-term career growth and development opportunities
