I need a complete, permit-ready drawing set for a cedar-framed gazebo to be built on my ocean-front lot in St Johns County, Florida. The structure will echo the style of the 10 × 12 ft Home Depot model linked below, but my footprint is 10 × 14 ft. Key elements: • Foundation: engineered concrete slab sized to 10 × 14 ft with footing, rebar schedule and anchor bolt layout that satisfies the current Florida Building Code and the county’s coastal wind-load requirements. • Super-structure: all-cedar posts, beams and rafters, detailed for a single-slope (slant) roof. Please specify dimensions, joinery, hardware, and hurricane-rated ties/straps strong enough for our exposure category. • Roof: hard-top metal panels; include fastening pattern, underlayment spec and edge flashings appropriate for a salt-spray environment. • No utilities: no electrical, plumbing or HVAC are planned, so the drawings should reflect a purely structural scope. Deliverables I’ll need to submit to the county: 1. Scaled plan, elevation and section views in PDF and CAD. 2. Foundation, framing, and connection details with wind-load calcs. 3. Material list for cedar members and metal roof panels. 4. Florida-licensed engineer’s digital signature and seal. I will provide the exact site address and any survey information you require once we start. If you’ve prepared similar coastal gazebo or pavilion plans—especially in St Johns or neighboring counties—please let me know, along with an estimated turnaround time for the stamped set.
