Project Description
I run a highly successful U.S.-based IT staffing firm that has flourished since 2000, and it is time for us to add a robust, agent-centric AI/ML capability across the organisation. I need an expert who can design and deliver an online, intensive programme that upskills our current employees and future employees in three core domains—Python, machine-learning algorithms, natural-language processing, and computer vision. Most importanty enable them to become powerful Agentic Developer or Lead Agnetic Developers—while introducing the latest agentic development patterns that tie them all together.
Here is what I am looking for:
• A practitioner-level curriculum that moves quickly from fundamentals to production-grade agent frameworks (think LangChain-style tool orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and secure model deployment on Azure or AWS).
• Live, instructor-led virtual sessions spread over 1 month to 1.5 Month, supplemented by short pre-work videos or readings so the classroom time stays hands-on and project focused.
• Practical labs our consultants can run on their own laptops or in a cloud sandbox, with datasets that highlight typical enterprise scenarios—text analytics, computer-vision defect detection, and multi-modal agents that blend both.
• Capstone project guidelines so every participant leaves with a portfolio artifact we can showcase to clients.
• Assessments—quizzes, code reviews, and a final demo day—to verify genuine skill uplift.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Detailed syllabus (PDF or Google Doc) signed off by me before delivery begins.
2. All slide decks, notebooks, sample code, and lab instructions shared in a private Git repository.
3. Recordings of each live session made available within 24 hours.
4. A summary report showing participant scores and recommendations for next-step learning.
