# Website Developer / UI-UX Designer Needed for SME Invoice Discounting Platform
We are looking for an experienced website developer/designer to build a modern fintech-style website for our UAE-based financial services company focused on Invoice Discounting / Working Capital solutions for SMEs.
The website style and user experience should be similar to:

However, the website must be customized with our own branding, positioning, content, and functionality.
## Scope of Work
### 1. Website Design & Development
We need a clean, premium, modern fintech-style website with the following pages:
* Landing / Homepage
* Product Page (Invoice Discounting / Working Capital)
* About Us
* Team Page
* FAQ
* Blog / Insights section (SEO optimized)
* Contact Us
The website should look professional, institutional, and trustworthy — not like a generic loan marketplace.
## 2. Eligibility Funnel / Lead Capture System
Users should be able to:
### Step 1:
Answer a few eligibility questions such as:
* Business age
* Monthly revenue
* Business type (B2B / B2C)
### Step 2:
Based on logic/rules:
* Show eligible / may be eligible / not eligible result
### Step 3:
If eligible, users should be able to:
* Upload required documents securely
Documents include:
* Trade License
* MOAs
* Passport copies
* Emirates ID copies
* Bank statements
* VAT documents
### Step 4:
Users should receive confirmation and application tracking access.
## 3. Client Login / Application Tracking
Clients should be able to:
* Create/login to their account
* View application progress/status
* Upload additional documents if requested
* Receive updates
Example statuses:
* Documents Received
* Under Review
* Approved
* Additional Documents Required
## 4. SEO & AI Search Optimization
Website should be structured for:
* Google SEO
* AI/ChatGPT discoverability
* Fast loading speed
* Proper heading structure
* Blog integration
* FAQ schema / structured data
## 5. Technical Requirements
Preferred stack:
* WordPress + custom UI
OR
* Modern no-code / low-code stack
OR
* React / Next.js (if justified)
Must include:
* Mobile responsive design
* Fast performance
* Secure document upload
* Clean admin backend
* Easy content editing
## 6. Deliverables
* Fully designed and deployed website
* Admin access
* Editable CMS
* Source code / files
* Documentation or walkthrough

We are looking for someone who understands:

## 7. Future AI Search & Document Intelligence (Important)
The platform should be designed in a scalable way so that in the future we can build an internal AI-powered search and analytics system on top of uploaded client documents.
Example future use cases:
* “Show all food trading companies”
* “List businesses with revenue above USD 1 million”
* “Companies older than 1 year”
* “Clients with valid VAT registration”
* “Businesses in construction sector”
* “Clients with declining revenue trends”
This means the system architecture should allow:
* Structured storage of uploaded data/documents
* Metadata tagging
* OCR/document text extraction capability
* Searchable database structure
* Future AI/LLM integration readiness
We are NOT asking to fully build the AI system immediately, but the website/backend should be developed with this future scalability in mind.
