Project Description
I need an end-to-end roll-out of Data Loss Prevention, Bitdefender security, and Mobile Device Management within our small enterprise environment. The primary objective is data protection, with a clear emphasis on data loss prevention.
Scope of work
• Design an integrated architecture that combines Bitdefender GravityZone (or equivalent) with a robust DLP module and a cloud-based MDM platform.
• Install and configure the solutions across all endpoints—laptops, desktops, and mobile devices—using best-practice security hardening.
• Build and fine-tune DLP policies so they:
– Monitor data transfers in real time
– Block any unauthorized access or exfiltration attempts
– Alert me immediately when suspicious activity occurs (email + dashboard)
• Test each policy with sample scenarios and document the results.
• Provide concise administrator documentation and a brief hand-over session so I can maintain and update the system confidently.
Acceptance criteria
1. All endpoints appear in the management console with active, up-to-date agents.
2. The three DLP functions above trigger correctly during testing, with logs stored centrally.
3. MDM enforces passcode, encryption, and remote-wipe capabilities on every mobile device.
4. Final documentation includes policy snapshots, test logs, and step-by-step maintenance notes.
Please outline your experience with Bitdefender, DLP policy creation, and any MDM platforms you recommend. If you foresee licensing or integration hurdles, flag them early so we can address them before kick-off.
