I’m launching a full-service outsourcing firm and need a complete brand identity built from the ground up, starting with a standout name. The core message I want every touchpoint to convey is efficiency and professionalism, so the naming and visual system must instantly communicate trust, reliability and our ability to handle clients’ projects flawlessly.
Naming requirements
• Ends with either “Global”, “International”, or “Solutions”.
• Works worldwide, feels professional and inspirational, and is easy to understand (compound words welcome).
• Clearly suggests we manage time impeccably and lead clients to success.
• Unique enough to carve out a distinct marketing advantage.
Once the name is locked, I’ll need the rest of the identity to support it:
1. Logo design (my top priority) delivered in vector and web-ready formats, plus a concise usage guide.
2. A complementary colour palette and typography set that project efficiency without losing warmth.
3. A one-page brand story and tagline that tie our name to services such as virtual assistance, back-office ops, remote workforce support, digital marketing, CRM management, lead generation and more.
Acceptance criteria
• At least three name options that meet every rule above, each with a short rationale.
• Two distinct logo concepts for the chosen name, refined to a final version after feedback rounds.
• Colour and typography specifications with HEX, RGB and font licenses/links.
• Final assets supplied in AI, SVG, PNG and PDF along with a mini brand style sheet.
