We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Performance Marketing to own and scale our digital growth engine.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging channels
Budget planning & allocation to maximize ROI on marketing spends
Full-funnel optimization: Impressions → Leads → Enrollments → Revenue
Continuous experimentation across creatives, campaign types, audiences, and landing pages
Creative ideation and collaboration with internal / external stakeholders for creative production.
Internal cross-functional collaboration with creative, partnerships, product and tech teams to build and scale new products / offerings.
Identifying and scaling new growth channels
What You’ll Drive
Maintaining healthy CACs across business verticals and improving LTV:CAC
Creative communication experiments to improve targeting and engagement
Scalable and predictable growth systems.
Timely performance tracking and reporting - scale what works, improve what doesn’t.
What We’re Looking For
6–8+ years in performance marketing / growth
Experience managing ₹1Cr+ monthly ad budgets
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketing analytics tools (GA4, Metabase, Tableau, Firebase, etc)
Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and experimentation (AB Testing)
Prior experience in EdTech / Consumer Internet / Marketplace is a plus
Build & scale a high-impact growth engine from the front
