We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Marketing Manager to manage and grow our company presence on LinkedIn.
This is not just a posting role — we are looking for someone who understands B2B positioning, content strategy, and lead-oriented growth.
You will be responsible for managing our company page end-to-end, including content creation, design coordination, and consistent posting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a monthly LinkedIn content calendar
Create high-quality posts (text + hooks + structure)
Design or coordinate visual creatives (carousels, banners, etc.)
Manage regular posting (3–5 times per week)
Improve engagement and reach
Monitor performance and optimize content
Align content with business goals (lead generation, branding, hiring)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages for B2B companies
Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and content trends
Ability to write engaging, high-quality posts (not generic content)
Experience with tools like Canva / Figma (or working with designers)
Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
Nice to Have:
Experience in staffing, consulting, or B2B services
Experience with founder branding / personal LinkedIn profiles
Understanding of lead generation via LinkedIn
