Title: Create Custom Academic Journal PDF Template for SciFlow/OS-APS We need a developer to create a custom PDF/HTML export template for an academic journal. The system will be used separately from OJS to produce professional journal PDFs from accepted manuscripts. Tasks include Docker template configuration, SCSS/CSS styling, Handlebars template editing, PDF export testing, and documentation. We have fixed the PDF template and require it as is. Deliverables: custom PDF template files, sample exported PDF, sample HTML.
