Project Description
I have a three-tier PowerPoint information pack that must look and read like it was commissioned by a top-tier advisory firm. Its sole purpose is to attract investment, so every slide has to project confidence, clarity and professionalism.
The structure is already drafted:
• One-page teaser featuring the key investment highlights
• Core deck of 6–8 slides that walks high-net-worth investors through the opportunity, market context and transaction structure
• Detailed data pack that backs up every claim with charts, comps and deal metrics
What I need from you is a full visual and narrative polish—tight storytelling, clean layouts, consistent typography and colour palette, crisp charts and an overall flow that guides an investor from teaser to deep dive without friction. Prior experience building real-estate or land acquisition decks is highly desirable, as you’ll understand the nuances of site maps, zoning snapshots, absorption rates and IRR waterfalls.
I’ll supply the current draft, raw financials and imagery. You’ll refine copy where needed, redesign graphics, standardise styles and return three ready-to-send files in PowerPoint (no PDF flattening—everything must remain editable). If you work in Adobe Illustrator or Figma first, that’s fine as long as the final deliverable is PPTX.
Turnaround: first look within five days, with two revision rounds included.
