Project Description
I run a bespoke songwriting service and I’m ready to move everything onto a single, conversion-focused WordPress site. The new site must do five things flawlessly: let visitors listen to curated audio samples, stir an emotional response with engaging copy and visuals, capture their song requests through a streamlined form, take payment in USD, and look perfect on every mobile device.
Platform & tech
– WordPress is a must, so please lean on themes or builders that won’t bloat load times and can be extended easily.
– I’m happy to work with the payment tools you recommend; the only non-negotiable is that transactions settle in USD. If PayPal, Stripe or Square plugins deliver the smoothest checkout, let’s use them.
– The request form can run on Gravity Forms, WPForms, or similar—whatever integrates cleanly with the gateway and sends confirmation emails automatically.

• Home/landing page with an emotional hook, embedded audio player, and a single above-the-fold call-to-action.
• “How It Works” explainer with visuals or micro-interactions that clarify the creative process.
• Secure request form that captures song details, preferred style, deadline, and any reference tracks.
• Checkout flow that accepts USD and triggers order-received emails to both customer and admin.
• Responsive design tested across major smartphones and tablets; I want 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional WordPress site migrated to my hosting.
2. Customisable audio sample gallery.
3. Integrated form submission and payment workflow, QA-tested end-to-end.
4. Basic hand-off guide (PDF or Loom video) covering content edits, refund flow, and plugin updates.
Acceptance criteria
• All core functions (audio playback, form, payment) work on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, desktop and mobile.
• No page exceeds a 3-second load on 4G.
• Completion within the agreed timeline with one revision round included.
