Project Description
Our consulting-based training firm delivers live and self-paced programs on CourseAI, and I need a hands-on specialist who can keep the platform humming while expanding what we offer. Day to day you will be inside the administrator dashboard configuring new courses, enrolling cohorts, troubleshooting learner issues and rolling out updates as CourseAI releases them.
A big part of the role is shaping fresh content: uploading SCORM files, videos and quizzes, then arranging them into intuitive learning paths. I rely on clear, actionable data, so you will also build custom reports and dashboards that track completion, engagement and revenue metrics. When our CRM, webinar tool or payment gateway needs to talk to CourseAI, you’ll set up and test the integrations to be sure certificates, grades and invoices flow automatically.
Deliverables I expect:
• At least two new courses fully set up (modules, assessments, automation rules) and live
• Clean user database with roles, groups and access dates properly configured
• Working analytics dashboard covering enrolment, progress, completion and NPS scores
• Documented integrations for CRM, email marketing and payment processing, each validated by test transactions
Everything must be completed inside CourseAI’s native interface or via its approved APIs, adhering to the security and GDPR settings we’ve enabled. I’ll provide existing brand assets, content files and admin credentials; you bring deep CourseAI know-how, an eye for learner experience and the discipline to document every change for future audits.
