I run a security guard company and need a steady flow of qualified corporate prospects who routinely outsource on-site security. My focus is procurement managers, facility directors, HR heads, and other decision-makers inside medium-to-large organisations.
Your outreach should blend cold calling, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging. If you already have vetted B2B databases or scraping methods, that’s ideal; otherwise, I’m happy for you to build a fresh list.
Deliverables
• 100 new, verified corporate leads each week — company name, decision-maker, role, direct phone, email, and LinkedIn URL
• Short interaction notes for every call or message sent
• Shared Google Sheet updated in real time
Acceptance criteria
• Companies operate in NY, NJ, CT, or PA and employ 100+ staff
• Contacts are involved in security or facilities spend
• No residential, one-off event, or staffing-only prospects
Commission based
5% - 10% of first months contract earnings
I’ll supply brand collateral, service decks, and a starter call script; you refine and execute. We’ll begin with a one-week pilot and scale up—with performance bonuses—once lead quality meets the above criteria.
Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus. When you reply, briefly outline your B2B security or facility-service lead gen successes and typical conversion metrics you’ve achieved.
