Project Description
I will soon issue a full drawing package—over 1000 m²—for a new development in the Republic of Congo. If you are a full-case designer or Agency who can undertake the construction drawings of building structures, HVAC, and electricity, you can also contact me directly.
At present, the project is going to start within 1 month, and we will start drawing construction drawings soon. If you are interested, please send me your quote structure.
What needs checking
• ONAT and other majors DRC licensed certification
• Architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing/water and electrical construction drawings.
Key tasks
• Spot and correct dimension errors, note inconsistencies, missing call-outs and clashes between disciplines.
• Verify that every detail aligns with current local building codes and local zoning laws.
• Flag any wording that might be unclear to on-site crews or municipal reviewers.
• Deliver a marked-up PDF set plus a concise summary report so the design team can revise quickly.
Expectations
• Solid background in real-estate documentation or construction engineering.
• Proven experience proofreading large, technical drawing sets.
• Familiarity with Congolese or comparable regional regulations a major advantage.
• Timely, transparent communication throughout the review cycle.
