SEO Webflow White Hat SEO
WEBFLOW EXPERT ONLY !! Here below the work to be done on Webflow website. Estimated workload Estimated workload: 50 hours. Preferred rhythm: 20-25 hours/week. Likely duration: 4 weeks. First 1. Snippet implementation - Update page titles and meta descriptions in Webflow page settings. - Use the provided copy exactly as instructed. - Share preview URLs before publishing. - After approval, publish live and request indexing in Google Search Console. 2. Technical SEO hygiene - Check and fix canonical rules where specified. - Audit and fix H1 duplication issues on priority pages: homepage, money pages, blog priority pages, and persona pages. - Handle /llms-txt and related sitemap/indexing issues according to instructions. - Review sitemap issues, including missing lastmod handling where feasible. - Verify that priority pages are indexable and correctly submitted. 3. Persona / sector page publication in Webflow You will publish prepared persona pages using provided HTML files. This includes pages such as hotels, festivals, tourism, NGOs/associations, CSE/works councils, indoor leisure chains, theme parks, influencers, and holiday villages. For each page, you must create the page in Webflow, insert the provided HTML via embed component, check desktop + mobile rendering, add required SEO settings, and share preview before publication. 4. Responsive image setup for persona pages - very important The client will provide all image assets. You are NOT asked to create images. For each persona page, you must prepare three separate image placements: A. Mobile top hero image: dedicated mobile-first square / near-square image provided by the client. It may include text integrated into the visual. It must display only on mobile. Do not crop it badly and do not reuse the desktop hero image for mobile. B. Desktop top hero image: dedicated desktop hero image provided by the client. It must display only on desktop/tablet according to the approved layout. Do not generate the mobile version by cropping the desktop image. C. Mid-page lifestyle image: separate lifestyle image provided by the client. It appears in the middle of the persona page and must display cleanly on both desktop and mobile. Mandatory rule: use separate containers/assets for mobile hero, desktop hero, and mid-page lifestyle image. Do not rely on one single source image with responsive cropping. The goal is no ugly cropping, no cut-off mascot, no broken composition on mobile, and no manual redesign by the freelancer. The implementation must leave clear URL slots/placeholders where the client can paste the final Webflow/CDN image URLs for each persona page. 5. Schema / structured data - Add or validate JSON-LD schema where instructed: FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Person, Organization, or Service. - Provide validator proof/screenshots for schema tasks. 6. Internal linking and QA - Add internal links where instructed. - Avoid duplicate or cannibalizing URLs. - Follow the QA checklist carefully. - Provide before/after proof for completed tasks. 7. Performance and analytics checks - Run Lighthouse checks on priority pages listed in the package. - Report findings and fix the items assigned in scope. - Verify that GA4 lead/form tracking still works after implementation. - Report any issue immediately if tracking is broken. What you must NOT do Do not apply if you want to redesign the site or rewrite the SEO strategy. You must not redesign the site, change brand identity/mascot/colors/positioning, create new blog content without approval, modify CRM/quotes/leads systems, publish pages without preview approval, change URL/canonical/schema/hreflang logic without documentation, or rewrite French content unless explicitly requested. Required skills - Webflow Designer and CMS - Webflow SEO settings - Webflow custom code / HTML embeds - Technical SEO: title, meta, canonical, sitemap, noindex, H1, redirects - JSON-LD schema markup - Google Search Console URL inspection - Lighthouse basic audits - GA4 basic validation - Responsive QA in Webflow Deliverables For each completed action, you must provide preview URL, screenshot of Webflow settings changed, screenshot of before/after HTML or DOM when relevant, GSC URL inspection proof when relevant, Schema Markup Validator proof when relevant, updated backlog status, and short daily progress update. Workflow We use a simple approval workflow: PENDING = waiting for approval, GO = approved, HOLD = blocked, KILL = removed from scope. You must only work on tasks marked GO. Daily async update required: what was done yesterday, what will be done today, blockers. Weekly review call required. Budget Please quote your hourly rate and estimated total hours, or a fixed price for the full implementation sprint. We care more about quality, documentation, and discipline than about the cheapest rate. To apply Please answer: 1. Share 2-3 Webflow projects where you implemented technical SEO changes. 2. Have you worked with Webflow custom HTML embed components before? 3. Have you added JSON-LD schema in Webflow before? 4. Have you used Google Search Console URL Inspection before? 5. Have you done Lighthouse checks and technical QA before? 6. Are you comfortable implementing separate desktop/mobile image assets without cropping issues? 7. Are you comfortable following a strict backlog and only executing tasks marked GO? 8. What is your estimated time and price for a 75-95 hour Webflow SEO implementation sprint? 9. What is your availability over the next 4-6 weeks? Please start your application with this sentence: "I understand this is Webflow SEO implementation, not a redesign." Applications without this sentence will be ignored.
