Project Description
I run an online clothing store and need someone to take over the live-chat window during my busiest hours. Your entire focus will be product information: helping shoppers choose the right size, advising on fit, and explaining fabric composition and care so they can keep their new pieces looking great.
During each shift I expect you to:
• Answer real-time questions about sizing and fit for our women’s and men’s lines
• Provide clear, accurate details on materials, wash instructions, and general garment care
There is no requirement to process returns or exchanges—if those queries appear you will simply tag them for my in-house team. Experience with fashion or apparel customer service is strongly preferred, and fluent, friendly written English is essential. If you already know common chat platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Gorgias, that’s a plus.
I’m looking for someone who can start quickly, maintain a warm brand voice, and keep first-response times under two minutes. Let me know your typical availability and any relevant fashion or e-commerce background, and we’ll set up a short paid trial.
