Project Description
I am looking for an experienced monday.com / Buildertrend / automation specialist to build a complete integrated business management system for my residential renovation building company in Australia.
We specialise mainly in bathroom renovations, carpentry and residential renovation work, and I want to create a scalable, professional and highly organised operational system that can grow with the business long-term.
I am NOT looking for a basic template setup. I want someone experienced in building/construction workflows who can help create a complete connected system across all software platforms we use.
The goal is to build and fully set up:
- monday.com
- Buildertrend
- Xero
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Drive
- Zapier / Make.com
- Other recommended integrations/software if needed
I want everything properly connected and automated where possible.
This includes:
- CRM / lead management
- Sales pipeline
- Quote workflows
- Buildertrend quote and job templates
- Buildertrend setup and organisation
- Project management workflows
- Scheduling and timelines
- Task management
- Variations and approvals
- File/document organisation
- Dashboards and reporting
- Client communication tracking
- Automations between systems
- Templates and reusable workflows
- Process optimisation and operational structure
I also want Buildertrend fully set up correctly with:
- Templates
- Job stages
- Tasks/checklists
- Variations/workflows
- Client selections if applicable
- Standard operating systems
- Organised structure for ongoing use
The goal is to build a complete connected business system from lead → quote → project management → invoicing → completion.
I want someone who:
- Has strong experience with monday.com and Buildertrend
- Understands construction/trade business workflows
- Has experience integrating multiple systems together
- Understands automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.com
- Can improve operational efficiency and workflow structure
- Can help create scalable systems for long-term business growth
- Can communicate clearly and potentially work with us long term
