Project Description
Our team is looking for a WordPress freelancer to create a complete, professional website header for an existing website.
The website is built with Elementor, and the UiCore Pro bundle, which includes Element Pack Pro by BdThemes. The mega menu should be created using the tools already available on the website.
The website is multilingual and dedicated to blood donation / blood transfusion services, but the freelancer will only need to create the header in one language. The rest of the multilingual setup will be handled separately.
The website content is mainly in French, so a basic understanding of French is strongly preferred in order to organize the menu items properly and avoid content mistakes.
The goal is to create the full header structure, not only the mega menu.
Header elements to create:
- Website logo integration
- Main navigation menu
- Mega menu
- 3 CTA buttons
- WPML language switcher
- Social media icons
- Responsive tablet and mobile version
The visual direction should be inspired by dribbble.com, especially the clean navigation style, spacing, dropdown behavior, and modern layout. However, the mega menu should remain simple. The submenus will have only 1 or 2 columns maximum, not large multi-column layouts.
Important:
The header and mega menu must be easy for our team to edit later from WordPress/Elementor. The team should be able to update menu labels, links, CTA buttons, columns, and submenu content without custom coding.

Scope of work:
- Create the complete website header in one language only
- Add and position the logo properly
- Create the main navigation
- Create the mega menu using Element Pack Pro by BdThemes
- Add 3 CTA buttons in the header
- Add the WPML language switcher
- Add social media icons with editable links
- Organize the French menu items clearly and logically
- Create simple submenus with 1 or 2 columns maximum
- Match the visual direction inspired by dribbble.com
- Make the header responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Adjust spacing, typography, alignment, hover effects, and dropdown behavior
- Make sure everything remains editable after delivery
- Provide a short mini-guide explaining how to edit the header and mega menu later
Requirements:
- Strong experience with WordPress
- Strong experience with Elementor
- Experience with UiCore Pro is a plus
- Experience with Element Pack Pro by BdThemes is strongly preferred
- Experience creating custom headers and mega menus
- Experience with WPML language switchers
- Good understanding of responsive navigation
- Basic understanding of French is strongly preferred
- Ability to work quickly and cleanly
Deliverable:
A complete, responsive, editable WordPress header in one language, including logo, main navigation, 3 CTA buttons, WPML language switcher, and a simple mega menu, plus a short mini-guide showing how to update it later.
