Project Description
I want to launch a straightforward customer-support mobile application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core experience must let my users sign in securely, open real-time Live chat support, raise or track issues through a Ticketing system, and escalate to a Video Call when chat is not enough. Every status change should trigger a Push Notification, and a visible Click to Call Link must open the native dialer for instant voice contact.
A clean, modern UI, fast loading times, and reliable message delivery are essential. Feel free to build natively or with a cross-platform stack such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin—whichever achieves App Store and Google Play approval most efficiently while keeping maintenance simple.
Deliverables
• Complete iOS and Android apps (source code, compiled builds, store-ready packages)
• Secure user authentication flow (email or phone, with reset)
• Live chat, Ticketing system, Video Call, Push Notification, Click to Call Link all fully functional
• Basic admin or back-office panel so my support team can read and reply to tickets and chats
• Documentation for setup, deployment, and future updates
Acceptance criteria will be a successful end-to-end test on TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing, with each feature working as described above and no critical crashes. I’m ready to start as soon as you outline your preferred tech stack, timeline, and any third-party services you intend to integrate (e.g., Firebase, Twilio, Agora).
