I’m ready to commission a complete institutional website that we will fully own and control once development is finished. You will build the entire system, then hand over the source code, database, and backend credentials so we can host the site on our own server.

• A clean, modern aesthetic that balances professionalism and approachability
• User-friendly navigation and full mobile responsiveness from day one
• Robust admin panel where staff can manage a notice board, keep galleries fresh, and update page content without touching code
SEO & performance goals
From launch, every important page must be optimised for on-page SEO, backed by technical SEO best practices (clean code, fast loading, structured data, XML sitemaps, SSL, etc.). Because we serve a regional audience, please implement local SEO fundamentals as well. I also need keyword-driven blog posts published monthly to keep content active and improve Google Search visibility.
Ongoing reporting
Provide a concise performance report each month that shows ranking movement, traffic trends, and any technical issues you resolved.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Production-ready website deployed to our hosting with full admin/back-end access and migration documentation
2. Complete source code and database dump delivered on project hand-off
3. Professional UI meeting the design notes above and passing responsive tests
4. On-page, technical and local SEO implemented and verified through standard audit tools
5. First month’s keyword blog post published and indexed
6. Monthly performance reporting template established
