Project Description
I already have a clickable HTML mock-up that captures the flow of an assistant-style app powered by Claude AI. Now I need it turned into a production-ready, standalone application that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web.
Core functions to build
• Claude AI integration: generate, review, and summarise documents directly inside the app.
• Secure multi-sign-in with three roles—Admin, User, Guest—so every account can keep its own documents private.
• Property management hub: each property should store leases, plans, photos, and any other files, with a portfolio screen that rolls everything up.
• Monthly project-update area that lets us publish progress notes and share a public link with outside stakeholders.
• Optional email connectivity: I’m undecided on whether to sync directly with my mail server or route messages through an in-app feed, so I’ll look to you for the best technical approach.
I’m open to the stack—as long as the codebase stays single-source (React Native, Flutter, or a comparable framework), the back end is scalable, and the data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Deliverables
1. Source code and build pipelines for iOS, Android, and web.
2. Deployed staging environment tied to my existing domain.
3. Documentation covering setup, role permissions, and how Claude calls are handled.
4. A recorded walkthrough showing all key features working.
