Stormwater BOQ Take-Off

I have a full set of detailed drawings for a new storm-water installation and now need a precise bill of quantities and take-off. The key items I want measured are: • Pipes and fittings (all diameters, lengths, bends and specials) • Excavation and backfill volumes for each trench run • Site access constraints • Working in confined areas • Traffic management requirements • Service locating and protection • Excavation conditions • Disposal of spoil • Regrading and tie-ins • Driveway reconstruction • Pavement reinstatement • Drainage swale construction • Rip rap protection • Surface reinstatement • Environmental protection measures • Temporary works required to complete the works • Other any works which is mentioned in the drawing Please extract every quantity directly from the drawings, reference the sheet and grid for each line item, and present the results in an editable spreadsheet that totals automatically. No additional codes or standards have to be applied—just measure exactly what is shown. Acceptance will be based on: • Clear link between each quantity and the drawing location • Spreadsheet free of formula errors and double counts • Totals matching a spot-check on at least two randomly chosen runs I will supply the PDF and CAD files as soon as we start so you can work with whichever format you prefer (Bluebeam, Planswift, AutoCAD, or a traditional scale ruler—your choice).
