Job Description: We are looking for a full-time freelancer with excellent English communication skills who can clearly understand spoken English and record some information from phone calls in a provided spreadsheet. The main objective of this role is to listen to, analyze, and create clear written summaries of recorded phone calls. This is a full-time position requiring approximately 8 hours of work per day. Responsibilities: • Listen carefully to recorded phone calls • Create clear, concise, and accurate written reports based on the calls • Find key points, actions, and outcomes from each conversation • Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting • Meet deadlines and manage daily workload effectively Requirements: • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Strong listening and comprehension skills • Excellent writing and grammar skills • Ability to understand different English accents • Close attention to detail • Reliable internet connection and computer • Ability to handle confidential information professionally • Ability to work 8 hours per day on a consistent schedule Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Previous experience with call analysis, transcription, or reporting • Familiarity with CRM notes, customer service calls, or sales calls • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience in professional or business communication
