Project Description
I need a native-English communicator, physically located in the United States, who can step in for roughly two to three hours each day and become the bridge between our enterprise-software engineering team and our clients.
During the first two months you will join a paid ramp-up program ($300–$500 total). In that period I will get you familiar with our product suite, internal workflows, and the key stakeholders you’ll be speaking with. From the third month forward, once you are fully assigned to a project, the role scales to as much as over $3 000 per month.
Daily scope
• Run or assist in client meetings and product presentations, ensuring all technical questions are captured and relayed clearly to the engineers.
• Provide quick technical support via chat or phone, translating issues from non-technical language into concise engineering tickets when needed.
• Keep short, well-structured notes that feed directly into our internal tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Success criteria
• Calls and chats are answered inside agreed response windows.
• Meeting summaries and action items reach the dev team before close of business.
• Clients confirm they understand next steps after each interaction.
Because this work is communication-heavy and occasionally customer-facing, strong, idiomatic American English and a US time-zone presence are absolute requirements. If you thrive on clear, precise dialogue and enjoy supporting large-scale enterprise software solutions, I’ll be happy to talk further and schedule an introductory call.
