Paid Ads & Marketing to Fill Online Tutoring Classes (Branding, Website & Social Media Setup Included) Project Goal (Immediate & Primary) I am looking for an experienced, performance driven digital marketer to generate enrolments and fill seats in an online tutoring program. Enrolments are the key success metric. Branding, website, and social media are required foundations to support conversion — but the primary objective is paid students. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Run and manage paid advertising and marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, or similar platforms • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive enquiries and enrolments • Maintain regular, branded social media posting to support campaigns and build credibility • Build and optimise ads → lead → enrolment funnels • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paid students • Track, analyse, and optimise performance, including: o Leads o Cost per lead (CPL) o Enrolments This role is for someone who can deliver measurable results, not just run ads or create posts. ________________________________________ Foundation Work (Required to Achieve the Above) To successfully run campaigns and convert leads, the basics must be set up correctly: • Branding: Logo, colour palette, and font selection for a consistent, professional identity • Conversion focused website: Simple, clear website designed to support enquiries and enrolments • Social media setup: Facebook and Instagram business accounts with branded profiles and starter content to support ads and trust ________________________________________ Acceptance Criteria • Active campaigns generating real enquiries • Clear funnel from ad → lead → enrolment • Website live and structured for conversion • Facebook and Instagram accounts fully set up and branded • Measurable lead and enrolment tracking in place ________________________________________ Performance Based Bonus A performance based bonus is available for successfully filled classes or enrolled students.
