Sigara kategorisinde toptancı ve büyük ölçekli anahtar hesapları tespit edecek, sahada iz sürer gibi çalışacak güvenilir bir uzmana ihtiyacım var. Hedef bölge Suriye; masa başı araştırma yeterli olmayacak, mutlaka yerinde ziyaretler yapılmalı veya yerel bağlantılar etkin kullanılmalı.
Beklediğim sonuçlar
• Güncel anahtar hesap listesi: mağaza/market adı, lokasyon, yöneticinin adı-soyadı, iletişim kanalları
• Tedarikçi bilgileri: Pazardaki ilgili dükkanlardaki ürünlerin hangi dağıtıcı firmalar, toptancılar veya Cash&Carryler tarafından dağıtıldığını, fiyat aralıkları, iletişim detayları
Çalışmayı rapor, tablo veya sunum biçiminde, kaynak gösterimleriyle birlikte teslim etmeni istiyorum. Bölgede fiziksel erişimin yoksa, güvenilir saha temsilcileri organize edip aynı bilgileri toplamayı kabul edebilirsin. Çevrimdışı notlar, kartvizit fotoğrafları ve doğrulama çağrıları teslimatın parçası sayılacak.
Göreve başlarken kısa bir plan (ziyaret edilecek şehirler, zaman çizelgesi, kullanılacak yöntem) paylaş; ben de ek sorularımı ileteyim. İş bittiğinde tüm veriler doğrulanmış ve eksiksiz olmalı.

The specialist must conduct site visits or leverage strong local connections to gather verified data.
Expected Deliverables:Updated Key Account List: Name of the store/outlet, precise location, name and surname of the manager/decision-maker, and direct contact channels.
Supplier & Distribution Intelligence: Detailed mapping of which distributors, wholesalers, or Cash & Carry entities supply the products to local shops. This includes pricing ranges and contact details for these suppliers.
Reporting & Verification:The final output must be delivered as a structured report or presentation (e.g., Excel/PPT) with clear source citations. If you do not have direct physical access to all regions, you may organize trusted field representatives to gather the data.
Delivery must include:Offline field notes.Photos of business cards or storefronts.
Verification call logs/records to ensure data accuracy.Project Kick-off:To begin, please share a brief Action Plan including:Target cities to be visited.Proposed timeline.Methodology for data collection and verification.
