We are looking for a designer to create responsive Figma designs for a concept-driven website that will be implemented on Shopify (Warehouse theme). This is not a standard e-commerce project. The core objective is to present coordinated gemstone layouts (matched stones) as a single visual composition, rather than as individual product listings. The experience should feel editorial, minimal, and composition-driven — where: * The stone (or layout) is always the primary visual element * Each section communicates one clear idea * Negative space and hierarchy are used intentionally * The design avoids common e-commerce patterns such as grids, cards, and catalogue layouts This is closer to designing a visual publication than a retail interface, while still being practical to implement within Shopify constraints. **Important:** If your approach relies on standard e-commerce structures (product grids, cards, filtering-first layouts), this project is likely not the right fit. **Process:** We will align on visual direction first (moodboard and layout thinking), followed by structural wireframes (composition and hierarchy), and then move into high-fidelity design. **Deliverables:** * Figma designs for desktop and mobile * Homepage + key internal pages (collection/layout view, product detail, and content/editorial templates) * A consistent visual system that can scale across pages * Designs that are mindful of Shopify (Warehouse theme) structure and feasibility **Requirements:** * Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and editorial design * Experience with minimal, image-led interfaces * Ability to work within a defined visual system and follow structured guidelines * Awareness of Shopify theme constraints (especially section-based layouts) without defaulting to template patterns
