I just signed up and still feel overwhelmed by the platform’s layout. My biggest hurdle is understanding how the messaging system works—where to find new chats, how to keep conversations organised, attach files, and spot payment or milestone updates inside a thread.
What I need is a clear, beginner-friendly walkthrough of the site’s basics with special focus on navigating the interface. A live screen-share session (Zoom or Google Meet is fine) plus a concise cheat-sheet I can refer to afterwards would be perfect.
Deliverables
• 45-60 min real-time tour of the dashboard, project pages, and especially the messaging area
• Step-by-step demonstration of starting, replying to, and managing chats, plus attaching files and viewing payment info
• PDF or Google Doc summary with key steps, shortcuts, and helpful tips
I’ll consider the task complete once I can confidently locate every messaging feature without guidance and understand where each action sits in the overall interface.
