Project Description
I need one production-ready showcase device built and shipped within 3–4 weeks. This goes directly in front of investors — it must look finished, not prototype.
The device:
A wall-mounted solar monitor called VEO. Round display showing live data. 24-LED NeoPixel ring glowing green (healthy) or red (fault). Compact enclosure. Power on → demo starts. No desktop, no setup.
Your job:
• Mount Pi Zero 2W, round display, and NeoPixel ring into a clean enclosure
• Wire NeoPixel ring concentrically around the display
• Configure Pi to boot headless directly into existing Python app (already written)
• Ensure Wi-Fi auto-connects on boot
Enclosure:
3D printed, acrylic, or machined — your choice. No exposed wiring. Display flush with front face. LED ring visible. Feels like a retail product.
Deliverables:
1. Fully assembled tested unit
2. STL/STEP enclosure files
3. Wiring diagram PDF
4. Proof-of-function video before shipment
Note: Software is already written and working. You are assembling and finishing only.
