Project Description
I’m building a WhatsApp-based AI assistant whose sole focus is to answer customer queries in a consistently formal tone. The assistant must confidently cover three areas: detailed product information, live order status or tracking updates, and our return / refund policies.
The solution has to:
• Connect to WhatsApp through an approved API (Twilio, Meta Cloud API or a comparable gateway).
• Pull real-time data from my existing product catalogue and order-management system so replies stay accurate.
• Recognise when a question sits outside those three topics and hand the chat to a human agent.
• Maintain a formal writing style in every generated response.
Deliverables:
1. Fully documented source code or low-code workflow for the conversational logic and integrations.
2. Instructions for deployment on my server (Docker or bare metal) plus a step-by-step setup guide for the WhatsApp Business account.
3. A brief training or fine-tuning plan so I can update product, order and policy data myself.
4. One week of post-launch support to fix integration-related bugs.
