I want to bring true AI automation into our sales pipeline, starting with lead generation. The goal is to design and deploy an automated system that captures prospects from our social-media touchpoints and from the forms embedded on our website, then qualifies and routes them so our reps receive warm leads instead of cold lists.
Here is what I have in mind:
• AI-driven monitoring of selected social platforms (currently Facebook and LinkedIn) to detect, scrape, or collect contact details and intent signals that match our buyer profile.
• A smart intake workflow for website form submissions that instantly enriches data, scores each lead, and feeds it into our CRM.
• Real-time notifications or dashboard updates so the sales team can act the moment a lead hits the predefined quality threshold.
You are free to build with the tools you know best—OpenAI or other LLMs for classification, Python with relevant APIs, Zapier/Make for orchestration, or a custom microservice architecture—so long as the final flow is reliable, compliant with platform policies, and easy for my non-technical team to maintain.
Acceptance criteria
1. A working prototype connected to at least one social channel and our existing web form.
2. Automatic lead scoring logic documented and editable.
3. Leads delivered into HubSpot (or a lightweight interim database) in under one minute from capture.
4. Clear hand-off guide and a brief video walkthrough of the setup.
