Your Role: • Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, or phone) to high-level prospects • Initiate conversations and build interest in leadership development programs • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments on my calendar • Ensure high-quality bookings (decision-makers, relevant need, real intent) Ideal Candidate: • Proven track record in B2B appointment setting or high-ticket offers • Comfortable engaging with executives and senior professionals • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-driven, reliable, and focused on outcomes (not just activity) Preferred Experience: • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and/or CRM systems Important: This role rewards quality over quantity.
