Project Description
I am setting up a fully automated production line dedicated to forming and shaping standard round glass bangles. The core requirement is a seamless sequence that takes molten glass through molding, shaping, cooling and inline quality-control without manual intervention.
Here is what I need from you:
• Mechanical and electrical design of the molding and shaping equipment, sized for continuous production of round bangles.
• Integration of vision-based inspection or other quality-control systems capable of detecting dimensional or surface flaws in real time.
• Complete plant layout with machine placement, utilities, safety zones and operator access points presented in CAD.
• Bill of materials, supplier recommendations and performance specifications for every critical component.
• PLC/HMI logic (Siemens or Allen-Bradley preferred) that synchronises the forming stations with the inspection units and handles reject diversion.
• Commissioning documents, operating manuals and basic operator training material.
The line should reliably output defect-free bangles at the cycle rate you propose, backed by measurable KPIs such as throughput per hour and maximum allowable reject percentage. I will provide floor dimensions and utility data once we begin; everything else—from concept to ready-to-install machine drawings—should come from you.
If you have previous experience automating glass or similar high-temperature forming processes and can deliver the above, let’s move forward.
