I need a set of tightly linked Excel workbooks that take sales leads from first contact through close, flag every key project milestone along the way, and—with a single click—spin out clean performance reports for management.
Scope of work
• Build advanced automation with VBA macros. Think push-button forms that add or update records, automatic time-stamps, self-refreshing pivot tables, and dynamic charts that redraw as data changes.
• Three core functions are mandatory: tracking sales leads, monitoring project milestones, and generating performance reports. All dashboards, summary views, and print-ready reports should update without manual intervention.
• No direct tie-in to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is needed right now, so the files must remain fully stand-alone. Export-ready CSVs for future imports will be plenty.
Deliverables
1. Excel workbook(s) with well-commented VBA modules.
2. A brief user guide outlining how to add data, trigger automations, and customize fields.
3. Short video or screen-share walkthrough (optional but appreciated) to speed hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
• Macros run error-free in Office 365/Excel 2019.
• Adding a new lead or milestone auto-populates all dependent views and KPIs.
• “Generate report” button outputs a formatted PDF summary without manual edits.
