Project Description
I’m building a cloud-based CRM that starts simple—robust contact management is the heart of this first release—but it must be architected like a true SaaS product so we can scale feature sets later. Right now, I need a developer or small team who has already shipped at least one live SaaS site; please include a link or demo access with your bid so I can review your previous work before sharing my wireframes and user stories.
Core scope
• Multi-tenant contact management module: create, import, segment, and search contacts.
• Native integration with key social media platforms so users can pull profile data, view activity streams, and launch DMs without leaving the CRM.
• Clean, responsive UI built with a modern stack—React or Vue on the front end is fine; back end can be Node, Laravel, or similar as long as it’s well-documented REST/GraphQL.
• Secure authentication, role-based permissions, and a subscription billing hook (Stripe preferred) ready for future activation.
Acceptance criteria (MVP)
1. User can sign up, confirm email, and land on an empty contact list.
2. Contacts may be added manually or imported via CSV; duplicates handled gracefully.
3. Social account OAuth connects in one click and displays basic profile and last five posts.
4. API endpoints documented in Swagger/Postman collection.
5. Deployed to a staging subdomain with CI/CD configured (GitHub Actions acceptable).
6. Code passes my quick audit for readability and test coverage.
