I need a developer who can wire my customer-service flow directly into the official WhatsApp Business API. The aim is to move from one-off replies to a structured, rule-based system that looks after itself until a human needs to step in. What absolutely must be in place • Automated messaging that follows complex, branching workflows (time-of-day splits, CRM flags, user choices, etc.). • A customer-support dashboard where agents can jump into live conversations, review history, tag or close tickets, and keep template messages handy. Project outline You will build (or configure) the middleware to handle authentication, webhook events and template management, then layer on the workflow logic. Language or framework is up to you—Node, Python, Java or serverless functions—so long as it uses the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and can live on AWS. Deliverables 1. End-to-end API integration, including webhook setup and message-template handling. 2. Workflow engine that meets the complex conditional scenarios we map together. 3. Web dashboard (React, Vue or similar) streaming live chats and allowing agent takeover. 4. Hand-off documentation and a brief walkthrough call with my in-house dev. Acceptance checks • Conversations follow every defined path without manual intervention. • Message latency stays below two seconds in staging. • Dashboard updates in real time—no page refreshes. • Code is clean, well-commented and pushed to our private Git repo.
