I'm launching a telecommunications startup and need an experienced operations professional to help establish foundational systems and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Compliance Infrastructure:
- Develop scripts, disclosures, and sales verification processes.
- Establish representative conduct policies and documentation standards.
B. Recruiting System:
- Design onboarding flows, interview standards, and training modules.
- Create a representative ranking system.
C. D2D Field System:
- Implement territory management strategies and KPI tracking systems.
- Structure team leadership roles and daily reporting mechanisms.
D. CRM Workflow:
- Set up lead assignment processes, appointment flows, pipeline stages, and automation features.
E. Sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures):
- Develop repeatable processes for all sales activities to ensure consistency and scalability.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in telecommunications
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Expertise in setting up onboarding systems
- Experience in creating sales SOPs and operational workflows
- Ability to design leadership training programs
