I need an AI agent that ingests plain text documents and turns them into polished PowerPoint decks that always look “on brand.” Every slide must respect our color palette and typography, keep the logo in the right spot and size, and follow the corporate layout rules we already use internally.
Here’s how I picture it working: I drop a briefing or report into the tool, choose whether I want to start from one of our existing templates or let the system build a fresh layout, and receive a fully-editable .pptx file moments later. Headings, bullet points, images, charts—everything should be arranged automatically with the correct masters applied.
Essential functionality
• Accurate parsing of structured and unstructured text
• Dynamic slide creation that locks in our approved colour scheme, fonts, logo placement and standard layouts
• Option to switch between “template mode” (fills predefined master slides) and “from-scratch mode” (creates new layouts while still respecting guidelines)
• Export to PowerPoint 2016+ compatible format
• Simple interface (web app or desktop is fine) with a progress log and error handling
Acceptance criteria
1. Upload a sample text file and receive a deck matching our brand guide exactly—no manual fixes needed.
2. Toggling between template and scratch modes produces visibly different, yet fully compliant, results.
3. The output passes a quick style audit by our marketing team.
I’m comfortable if you build this with Python (python-pptx, LangChain, OpenAI or similar), Node, or any tech stack you prefer, provided the final code is documented and easy for my internal developers to maintain.
