Project Description
I want to give every customer who buys our exercise gear a companion app and website that keep them coming back long after checkout. The heart of the build is robust progress monitoring so users can log workouts, see their improvements over time, and celebrate milestones. Around that core I also need:
• Community forums so members can swap tips and motivate one another.
• Weekly and monthly challenges with a reward system that unlocks badges, discounts, or free accessories.
• Personalized workout plans that adjust automatically as a user’s stats improve.
• Simple nutrition tracking to round out their health picture.
• A fully-featured e-commerce store where they can top-up on accessories and new equipment without leaving the app.
Every product purchase should unlock a free subscription tier. That means the solution has to recognise a unique code (QR, serial number, or order ID), grant premium access, and feed usage data back to an admin dashboard so we can track engagement and sales uplift.
The scope covers:
• iOS and Android apps built on a maintainable cross-platform stack.
• A responsive web portal that mirrors all app features.
• Secure user accounts, progress data sync across devices, push notifications, and basic GDPR-compliant analytics.
• Deployment to App Store, Google Play, and our web host, plus full source-code hand-over.
