We are seeking a skilled independent/freelance contractor to create a high-quality targeted mailing list of estate-owned real estate properties in Broward County, Florida (USA).
The objective is to identify property owners/beneficiaries (estate-related ownership) and/or their legal personal representatives connected to estates/probate and compile accurate mailing/contact data for marketing outreach.
Scope of Work: Identify estate-owned or probate-related real estate records using bcpa.net, browardclerk.org/web2, county-taxes.net/broward, and perhaps additional relevant public data sources. You can certainly feel free to look at any other sites you wish as well. And to query ChatGPT for more ideas is encouraged.
Extract and compile:
* Decedent and Case Number
* Property Owner name / or Estate name
* Beneficiaries, with address
* Personal Representative, if named, with address
* Property address
* Mailing address
* Parcel ID (if available)
Deliver clean, deduplicated dataset (Excel or CSV).
Clearly organized columns.
Verified and usable mailing data.
Data Sources:
Property Appraiser records
Clerk of court / probate filings
Property tax databases
Any other relevant public records.
