Property Manager Needed – Luxury Villa (Peyia, Sea Caves, Cyprus)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property / Airbnb Manager to oversee the management of a high-end luxury villa located in the Sea Caves area of Peyia, Paphos.
This is a flexible, ideal for someone based locally who can attend the property when required. There are no fixed hours, and the role can be managed alongside other work. We are not based in Cyprus and we are looking for someone we can rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards
Supervise and manage the live-in housekeeper
Perform quality control checks before guest arrivals (as needed)
Identify and report maintenance issues or damages
Coordinate with maintenance and service providers
Ensure the villa is always guest-ready and operating smoothly
Act as a local point of contact when required
These responsibilities align with typical Airbnb property management duties such as maintenance oversight, guest readiness, and coordination of services to ensure a smooth guest experience
Ideal Candidate
Based in Peyia / Paphos area (or nearby)
Has a car
Experience in property management, Airbnb hosting, or hospitality not required but preferable.
Strong attention to detail and high standards
Ability to manage staff professionally
Reliable, proactive, and responsive
Own transport preferred
