Project Description
I have just registered a not-for-profit and I’m starting from a completely clean slate—no logo, no colour palette, no existing site, nothing. I need someone who can take the organisation from zero online presence to a fully branded, fully functional digital footprint.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
1. Visual Identity
• Logo concept, revisions, and final files (vector, PNG, favicon)
• Basic style guide: colours, fonts, and usage notes so future materials stay consistent
2. Website
• A modern, responsive site built on a user-friendly CMS (WordPress, Wix, or similar—open to your recommendation)
• Clear navigation for our story, programmes, and ways to get involved
• Donation and newsletter sign-up integrations
• Training or short hand-off video so my team can update content ourselves
3. Social Media
• Creation and optimisation of our Facebook Page and Instagram Business account
• Branded profile/cover graphics that match the new logo
• First month of content planning and scheduling: at least two posts per week on each platform, plus basic community management (replying to comments and messages)
Acceptance Criteria
• All design assets delivered in editable formats
• Website live on our domain with SSL and basic SEO settings configured
• Social accounts active, fully branded, and scheduled content visible in the planner for the first month
