Mid-level (3–5 years) · remotely · Native English & Native Spanish required About the Role We are hiring a Content Creator who writes and plans content, follows up with clients, and coordinates with our creative team — without shooting or editing media themselves. You own the copy, the content plan, the trends, and the platform SEO. Our designers, videographers and editors execute the visuals based on your briefs and feedback. You will work side-by-side with the Performance Marketing Specialist and the creative team, supporting a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality clients in Madrid. Your job is to make sure every post, every caption, every ad and every hook is on-brand, on-trend, SEO-optimised for its platform, and delivered on time. This is NOT a producer role. You will not shoot video, edit footage, or take photos yourself. You will brief, direct, review and approve — and you will write every word of copy. Language requirement: Native-level English and native-level Spanish. Not "proficient", not "fluent" — native in both, written and spoken. Candidates who do not meet this bar will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content strategy & monthly calendar — build a per-client content plan aligned with seasonal menus, local events (San Isidro, Madrid Pride, Navidad…) and the paid media calendar. 2. Concept & brief every piece — write clear creative briefs (hook, message, format, platform, CTA, references) for designers, video editors, and photographers on the team. 3. Copywriting in native EN + ES — captions, ad headlines, short-form scripts, menus, landing pages, email, and Google Business Profile posts. Native tone; no translation feel. 4. Trend research & platform intelligence — spend real time on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Google every week. Bring 2–3 new trends, sounds or formats to the team per client per month and explain why they fit. 5. Social & platform SEO — research keywords; hashtags; titles; descriptions so our content gets found on TikTok Search; Instagram Search; YouTube; Google Discover; Maps. Own the keyword list per client. 6. Client follow-up — be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients: weekly check-ins; approvals; content reviews; reporting; feedback collection. 7. Creative team coordination — follow up with designers/video editors on every task: brief on Monday; review mid-week; approve/schedule/publish. You own the deadline—not them. 8. Publishing & community management — schedule content in Meta Business Suite/respond to DMs/comments on-brand/escalate reputation issues. 9. Performance feedback loop — read content/ad performance (views/watch time/saves/shares/CTR) + translate insights into next round of briefs. 10. Internal alignment — sync weekly with Performance Marketing Specialist so organic content/paid campaigns share hooks/creatives/narratives. Additional Requirements: • Work daily with at least 10 clients per month directly (not just through your platform). • Monthly payment structure.
