I’m looking for a reliable partner to keep our Instagram community running smoothly by answering customer questions that appear in comments and direct messages. The role centers on timely, friendly support—spotting questions about orders, product details, or basic troubleshooting and replying in our established brand voice so followers always feel heard.
You’ll monitor the feed and inbox throughout the day, redirect complex issues to me via a quick note, and flag anything urgent that needs escalation. Familiarity with Instagram’s moderation tools, quick replies, and basic analytics is helpful so you can spot recurring concerns and suggest improvements.
