The document must show how to open, operate, and close the wash, including the exact sequence for equipment checks, bay preparation, chemical calibration, safety inspections, and cash-out. Please weave in employee training pointers at the moment they are most relevant—new-hire onboarding, shift change hand-offs, and quick coaching scripts on the tunnel. Because my audience already knows the basics, focus on refined best practices that squeeze a little more efficiency out of each step.
Customer service is equally important. Detail how attendants should greet drivers, upsell services without pressure, handle complaints, and maintain a tidy forecourt. I would like ready-to-use phrases and micro-scripts an operator can hand to staff.
Deliverables
