Launch Existing Mobile App

I already have a full mobile application written with Claude Code and the entire codebase lives on GitHub. The logic, screens, and assets are in place—I can run parts of it locally—but I now need a quick, reliable turnaround to get it production-ready on both iOS and Android. Here is what I expect once you clone the repo: make sure the project builds cleanly, resolve any dependency or configuration issues that arise, polish the last few rough edges you spot during a quick code and UI pass, then generate release builds that can be uploaded straight to App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Speed matters; I’m aiming to see the first test builds land on TestFlight and the Play testing track as soon as possible. Deliverables • Updated GitHub pull/merge request with any fixes or tweaks • Signed release build (.ipa for iOS, .aab or .apk for Android) • Brief deployment notes so I can reproduce the steps on my own machine Access to the private repo, store credentials, and any required API keys will be shared right after we agree to move forward.
